City Soho - LOCATION

Aside from its mixed use units, one of the biggest selling points of the City SOHO Condominium is its prime location at the uptown area of Cebu. In retrospect, at the rate at which Cebu is growing nowadays, the area where the City SOHO is located will soon be part of the huge downtown area as well. This means that you need to invest in property there while the prices are still affordable.

Aside from single professionals, the residential units of the City SOHO is perfect for university students who want to live close to their schools so they do not have to worry about their everyday commute to and from work. There are actually quite a lot of colleges and universities near City SOHO, and some are inside the same neighborhood as the condominium. There is the Southwestern University, the University of Cebu, the University of the Visayas, Cebu Institute of Technology, and the Cebu Normal University just to name a few.

If you are a resident of the condominium, you really do not need to worry about medical services, especially since three floors of the building are actually dedicated to medical clinics and services. However, if you are looking for actual hospitals where you can go to in case of serious medical issues, there are quite a lot of them just minutes away by taxi or car. The nearest hospital is the Vicente Sotto Memorial Hospital, which is just across the street from the condominium. You can literally walk there in just a little under five minutes. Another hospital that is nearby is the Chong Hua General Hospital, which is just two blocks away from the City SOHO condominium. You will never be more than a couple of minutes away from medical assistance whenever you will be needing it, which is quite a comforting thought.

If you are a shopaholic and the small mini-mall in the City SOHO condominium itself is not enough to quell your need for retail therapy, there are several large malls that are just minutes away. The nearest, and just within walking distance from the condominium, is the Robinson’s Place Cebu. Just ten to fifteen minutes away by foot, the Robinson’s Place Cebu is a huge monolith of a mall where you will find dozens upon dozens of different retail stores, specialty shops, and a couple of cinema screens where you can watch the latest movies. If you drive your car around fifteen minutes or so into the Cebu City downtown area, you will find the much larger Ayala Mall in the center of it, and the huge SM City Cebu, which is on the northern reclamation area of the island.

There are so many places to see and do around the City SOHO condominium that you will never be bored as long as you live in the area. Even if you do not have your own car, there are plenty of public utility vehicles near the condominium, mainly because it is fronting a major road. You can ride a jeep, taxi, or bus to get you where you need to be within the city.
